As advised by higher authority the Biometric System is being
implemented at CSIR-NML. There will be no turnstile (no Access
Control System).
For Entry use IN readers and for Exit use OUT
readers , at LSTF and MgPlant same reader is used for IN/OUT.
Following procedure must be followed for Entry and Exit.
1. Clean you hand with sanitizer
2. Put finger in the place meant for fingerprint , you must see
the green light glowing, voice announcement "Thank You" and a
Green Tick on the screen.
3. AGAIN Clean you hand with sanitizer
In case you are facing problem type your ID No and OK button,
then put your fingerprint.
If you still have problem you need to show the ID card close to
the reader for 5-10 seconds then put fingerprint.
In case of persistent problem please use Visitor Card and come to
ITG for re-registration of your fingerprint. you need to
communicate the Card No and date to ITG (for permanent employees
by email and for others written application with signature of
reporting officer)
It is also mandatory that all employees
sanitize their hands before and after marking of attendance.
