2. Two Hardcopy reports of the project have to be sent to the RPBD secretariat (One copy to the client and the other for archiving).
3. Online Customer Information form of the completed project has to be filled. Click here for the customer information form
4. Contract value (CV) received from the client.
5. All purchase files corresponding to the project have to be closed.
6. Payment w.r.t the project should be cleared.
