Dear Colleagues,

We are glad to inform you all there is something exciting coming up for the Ladies, an event to lighten up the mood, a stress buster, to encourage and to inspire.

We invite all the ladies to participate in the event ”Be You” On 24^th Jan,2021 and spend some time with us playing games and enjoying the activities.

Guidelines:

· All ladies, dependent of employees including JRF/SRF/QHF/RA/PA can participate

· Last date of registration is 22^nd Jan 5:00 pm

Event Date: 24^th January, 2021 (Sunday)

Venue & Time: 1. Golmuri Campus ( Morning 11am -1pm )

2. Agrico Campus ( Afternoon 2:30pm – 4:30pm)

NOTE : 1. Ladies staying in their own residence can opt for any of the venue as per their choice and convenience.

2. Events for both the campus will be organized seperately

We invite all the ladies to give their valuable presence and make this event a success.
