Urban Ore Recycling Centre (UORC) is dedicated for the development and transfer of recycling technologies. Number of technologies has been recently transferred to the Indian industries. These days UORC is the area of interest and curiosity among most of the scientists, entrepreneurs and common people. We are very happy to see the increasing interest among the people.
Recently, it has been noticed that several people are visiting UORC particularly during tea times (11 am & 3 pm) and when asked by PAs/Research Fellows they impose bureaucratic approach without providing the valid reason/permission of the visit.
For your information, e-waste recycling is under the hazardous category; therefore, please avoid the visit without proper cause/prior permission/safety appliances.
