Addition/Deletion of official IT items in AMC list reg.



It is requested to all IT users of NML, if anybody wants to Add or Remove their official IT items in AMC list from the quarter beginning on December 15, 2021, then an email or hard copy may be send to the undersigned with the following details latest by November 26, 2021. (you can check the list of items covered under ongoing AMC at http://itjobs/amclist.php)

a) for addition of IT item, the PIR holder should initiate an email/ hard copy note to the undersigned with the item details as available under PIR list of user with the subject line "Addition of item in AMC list". Please note, item shall be checked by AMC vendor for functionality before inclusion in AMC list. If the item is found faulty/ non functional, then user shall get it rectified before inclusion in AMC.
Note: Items covered under OEM warranty will not be considered for addition.
b) for deletion of IT item, the PIR holder should initiate an email/ hard copy note to the undersigned with the item details as available under PIR list of user with the subject line "Deletion of item from AMC list". 

Please note your addition, deletion request must reach to the undersigned latest by November 26. 2021 for further processing.
