CSIR-NML, STAFF CLUB BYE ELECTION, 2020-22

Notice

Polling will be conducted on 29th November 2021 starting from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Ballot counting will commence after 3:30 PM onwards.

The polling booth is located near the main entrance of the Main Building that is opposite the Flag Post.

You all are requested to maintain a minimum of 6 feet distance from each other at the polling venue. Avoid long queues for polling. Also, make an effort for minimum contact with others.

During polling, we shall make all necessary efforts with the help of concerned departments to keep the place sanitised from time to time.

Those who are on leave/official tour/home quarantine or working from home can cast their vote through your official email ID to returning officer: ravik@nmlindia.org between 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM on 29^th November 2021. Please clearly mention the name of the candidate in the email and also your ID number. email received after 2:00 PM will not be considered for counting.

Further, email votes will be used for counting purposes only if the difference between two candidate’s votes is less than email votes.

The list of current Staff Club members will be published on NML enotice board for your ready reference. Any discrepancy may please be brought to the notice of club office bearers of corrections before election day.
