This is for information of all concerned that a discussion was held in today’s LSG meeting on the subject of utilization of budget within the fiscal year wherein it has been decided by the Director that 22nd February, 2022 would be the last date for submission of Cash Purchase Bills in Stores for the following funds HCP, MLP, P-50,P-07,OLP and any other project which is going to close on 31st March, 2022.
Accordingly, all are requested to submit their bills and/or complete Bill related formalities (details as under) in/at Stores Section on or before 22nd February, 2022 for the funds indicated above :
1. All Cash Purchase Bills.
2. Other bills, apart from Cash Purchase, if any)
3. Bill related formalities awaiting completion at user end, if any (Ex : SRV submission, Certification etc).
