As we all aware that the seminar "Behind the Teacher's Desk (BTTD)“ has blossomed into one of the most sought-after event among the student fraternity since 2012. BTTD has held annually at the CSIR-NML Jamshedpur, and attracts many students from across the world. The event provides an opportunity to young students & researchers for showcasing their novel ideas/ innovations and interacting with scientists, eminent metallurgists, engineers and entrepreneurs so as to develop new skills in the field of metallurgy and materials technology.
This year the student seminar "Behind the Teacher's Desk (BTTD 2021)" is being organised by IIM Jamshedpur chapter, CSIR-NML & M/s. TATA STEEL Ltd. during 13-19 December 2021 through WebEx.
SHORT INFORMATION ABOUT SEMINAR: Interested students should submit their ideas on the above theme and topics with a short abstract (max 300 words) along with a 4 minute (+ 30 sec) video presentation (max file size 100 MB). This video can be made by using MS PowerPoint 2010 or latter versions adding your own speech [ File> Export> Create video file, selecting HD quality mp4 format ]. Last date for abstract and video submission is 14 Dec. 2021. Shortlisted entries will be uploaded in eBTTD-IIM YouTube channel for interaction during eBTTD202i week, 13-19 Dec. 2021. Based on the interactions and judgements by subject experts, selected entries will be
nominated for final eBTTD2020 seminar on 20 Dec. 2021. The seminar will be conducted through WebEx-Event and its link will be emailed to all participants. There are prestigious awards for winners/runner-up of each category and levels and certificate will be given to all participants.
